Its platform uses AI and analytics to monitor and analyze maritime activities in real time from various sources, such as satellite imagery, Automatic Identification System (AIS) data, and other maritime information. It is a contractor for Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency. In 2024, the company was acquired by FTV VIII, a private equity growth and expansion fund managed by FTV Capital.
